'The Real Housewives of Dubai' is the 11th edition of Bravo’s popular franchise. The new series follows a group of six women as they navigate their professional and personal lives while living lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates. The desert paradise of Dubai serves as the backdrop for this 'Housewives' series.

Caroline Stanbury is one of the six women who will star in 'The Real Housewives of Dubai'. Bravo fans are familiar with Stanbury from 'Ladies of London' on which she starred for three seasons from 2014 until 2017. The luxury brand ambassador and 'Divorced Not Dead' podcast host, who shares three children with ex-husband Cem Habib relocated from the UK to Dubai, where she now lives with her husband, former Real Madrid soccer player Sergio Carrallo.

Who are Caroline Stanbury's parents?

Caroline Alice Stanbury was born on April 28th,1976 to her parents Anthony and Elizabeth. Anthony is a venture capitalist and was managing director of high-end fashion group Jaeger, while Elizabeth ran a cashmere knitwear business. At the time of her birth, her parents lived and worked in London. Despite their wealthy status, Caroline has always praised her parents for being hardworking and committed, who have always worked to ensure that they provide for their family. At present Caroline’s parents, live in a house located in Southrop, the UK, a brown house that has a pool and a nice interior.

Growing up Stanbury had a normal childhood and she lived alongside her two brothers, Alex and Edward, and a sister, Victoria. She studied at the prestigious Westonbirt School in Gloucestershire. Her brother Alex was married to Caroline’s BFF Sophie who was also part of 'Ladies of London', but the two divorced in 2016.  

'The Real Housewives of Dubai' star is married to Sergio Carrallo and the couple has an 18-year age difference. Despite their relationship receiving criticism from Sergio's family, Caroline's parents were accepting of them. Caroline revealed to Daily Mail, "They love him! she says, thrilled. My father’s only words were: 'Be happy, darling.' We went to stay with them. They’re conservative, but also modern. Besides, I’m 44, what are they going to do — ground me?"

Relationship with Prince Andrew

Caroline Stanbury once dated the controversial Prince Andrew. After his divorce from Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York in 2000, Stanbury and Andrew were in a relationship, despite their age difference. The 40-year-old British prince at that time took twenty-something Stanbury to a gala in Martha's Vineyard hosted by Bill and Hillary Clinton. However, the royal relationship didn't last because of the pressure from media spotlight. But the most awkward detail of this relationship was that Caroline's mother Elizabeth was an old friend of the second wife of the Duchess of York’s father, Major Ron Ferguson. Sarah Ferguson reportedly had strong feelings about her ex dating young Stanbury.

'The Real Housewives of Dubai' premieres on Wednesday, June 1 at 9:00 pm ET/PT on Bravo and streams the next day on Peacock.
